About True Motion Dance

True Motion Dance was founded in 2010 by Kelly Marie Such; experienced and professional choreographer, teacher, dancer and artist. Kelly works across North Norfolk, providing dance classes and workshops to groups and individuals in schools and the community, choreographing first dances, running holiday clubs and delivering one off classes for birthdays and hen parties.

Kelly believes that dance is for everyone and understands the positive effects dance can have. True Motion Dance is about more than just developing technical and performance skills in dancers. Dance can help participants develop confidence and communication skills as well as aid in physical and mental well being.

True Motion Dance believe it is important to encourage and develop the skills of future dance artists. In 2011 Kelly launched the youth mentor scheme. Youth mentors attend classes of other participants and work along side Kelly to develop their understandings of what it is to be a dance artist. All youth dancers aged over 12 who participate in regular classes can apply to become a youth mentor.

  • Everyone can dance and should have the opportunity to do so, regardless of age, sex, background or ability.
  • Dance teachers should provide a fun and engaging environment for all participants.
  • Dance teachers should be well qualified and passionate about their art form.
  • The safety and well being of all participants is paramount.
